Impressionistic Love

Claude Monet Lie beside me On this grassy knoll Let us look at the silver clouds And take colors from the rainbow Then splash red, blue, and purple Upon our white slightly ruff canvass Shading in the flowers In true style of the impressionist Then lavish on yellow and gold To represent the sun And when we have finished We'll have so much fun Observing the sky Naming all the silver clouds Then when the stars Begin to twinkle And I start to shiver You can nestle me In your impressionistic arms I'll be your model somehow Born at the wrong time Unable to get together What would life have been For two who love soft impressionistic color

Very lovely and colorful sketch of words in this beautiful Poem. Your instinct of a painter is clearly visible while you were preparing mixed colors taking it from nature. Love and best wishes always....Ravindra....Sara Ken.
