Im fahlen Mondlicht
Zwischen den Zweigen des Ahorns
Ein leises Rauschen
Auf der Holzbrücke ein Wanderer
Darunter ruhig der dunkle Fluss

In the pale moon light
Between the branches of maple
A gentle murmur
On the wooden bridge a hiker
Underneath quiet the dark river

En luz pálida de luna
Entre las ramas del arce
Un silencioso murmullo
En el puente de madera un caminante
Abajo tranquilo el río oscuro
