I'M a Lion
Sometimes,
When clouds burst, and rains pour
I forget to snarl, I forget to roar
I forget to try, Instead I’m crying
Sometimes,
I forget that I’m a lion
Epilogue
It was brought to my attention
By unwelcome intervention
Of what, I shall make mention
Lions do cry someone said
For that they are known
“Mother”, I replied,
“What are you doing here?”
“This is my poem.”
