If Two Can Make a Summer

Two sparrows wonder: If she, me as the lover Can make a summer! __________________________ Haiku |08.04.2021| Topic: sparrows, summer Poet’s note: I see two sparrows on a tree branch. They seemed to be seriously deliberating on something. Spring is more than up its midway journey, and early signs of summer have set in. A poet had long back said: A solitary sparrow cannot a summer make. And this Haiku comes to my mind.

Thanks, but as they say, where there's will there's a way. I'd have just posted the picture I saw, but you know what, I'm not a premium member, you see....

A picture, they say, is worth a thousand words. A tiny poem too is no tiny insofar as things it can convey. Thanks for visiting the poem.
