If only I could, I'd lasso the moon and give it to you like a big balloon. If only I could. I'd hold you tight as my heart starts to race; Hope beats its drum, and time sets the pace. If only I could. I'd help you to escape from your cocoon and fly amongst the butterflies in June. If only I could. I'd face spice worms in the deserts of Dune and then set sail for a moonlit lagoon. If only I could. I'd snuggle with you in front of the fireplace, comfortable within your sweet embrace. If only I could. Like a genie in a Disney cartoon, I'd gift you the sun like a golden doubloon. If only I could.

Emile, I know Edward will find this as worthy as I do. it's such a wonderful roundel. You know how much I've always appreciated your poetic talent. Your 'If Only I Could' reinforces what I've long held true. What love is expressed through your lines. If only I could show my love in such impossible ways, I'd do it a thousand times.
