If Love
If love could reach me,
beyond the fairest skies
the winds would hush,
their distant lullabies
With shadows that dance,
as the flowers drift along
the sea would follow softly,
with the tune of their song
If the melody of the birds,
kiss the clouds that sway
and gently surround me,
then love has found its way
. . In red satin to gaze,
like a rose with grace
feeling the soft touch of love,
in this beautiful summer place
