Too many people just don't know when to stop their bickering, squabbling, and disputes. Adding to the fire usually causes more grief and anger. A silent treatment or change of subject may result in a happier ending.

Don't add to the fire when it's already ablaze Even though there's a difference, in ways The flame burns as long as the fire is lit Know when to voice and know when to quit

I completely agree with this sage advice Charles. It will keep a couple together. At least one of the two must be forgiving to keep love alive. Blessings xxoo
