If I Ruled the World

The first order the first decree, be nice to you and to me. The second order the second decree, stop the fighting and flee. The third order the third decree, helping others is the key. Great job. Wouldn't it be horrible to have to rule the world? I wrote my poem thinking, oh my, there are just too many complexities involved!
