I Will

I Will Today, Is going to be a good day I will smile more and I will laugh I will do more without “I can’t” I will listen more and I will hear I will speak more without a fear I will be more aware of those around I will seek out those I care about I will take more time just to BE I will love myself And, I’ll be free I will love myself as just I am I will love myself or no one can I will make a point to say hello To meet someone I’d like to know I will give my thanks to those who love When in return it’s not enough I will trust in thy whose love is strong And I’ll forgive Whom, I’ve been wronged I accept my life for who I am I know that I have done the best I can I will take this time and just relax I will let it go and leave my past No more walls holding fear within I will choose to smile and let love in I will make more time just to BE I will forgive myself I will let it be I will act in love instead of fear My head is up, so not to veer The path I walk is finally clear Because I love I thank you, my dear 2016 Jeffrey Spencer
