If I were a songwriter in the 1867 I've would have written this old time ***** spiritual like this. . . Strap in chains N bondage, Master got no plans fer me; Washed me hands in the mud of the land; Matter isn't matters my reverence reality; Got no one who loves me; Got no where ta be; taken me name and liberty, my land, I don't understand; All I wanna B is jus Free No body No my troubles gonna git my self ta glory, troubles; No more getting double portions, troubles; Gonna hurry, up hurry up brothers; And when my woes R o'ver is gonna be alright; And when my bondage is o'ver gonna be alright; I oh, I wanna stand before the Lord singing; When My pains are through gonna stand before the Lord singing; Juz in case ya can't hear gonna sing me N angels gonna join the choir; Juz gonna bring joy and love ta me sisters and brothers; Com on and shout ya, sing praise ya to the King ya; No body NO my troubles gonna git myself ta glory, troubles; Ain't no more getting doubles portions of troubles; Gonna hurry, up hurry up me brothers; And when my wors R o'ver is gonna be alright; Sazs when ma worries R o'ver gonna be alright; When My pains are through gonna stand before the Lord singing; Gonna stand before the Lord singing; Gonna stand before the Lord singing; Gonna stand before the Lord singing; Ain't no body NO my troubles gonna git myself ta glory, troubles; Ain't no more getting doubles portions of troubles; Gonna hurry, up hurry up me sisters and brothers; Got no time to free ta others; Cause I'm standing before the Lord singing Said I'm wanna be standing before the Lord singing Standing before the Lord Singing I wanna be standing befoe the Lord praising Him; Gonna be standing before the Lord dancing; I wanna be standing before the Lord praying; Gonna be standing fore' the Lord in freedom; I wanna be standing before the Lord singing; again Gonna stand before the Lord singing; Gonna stand before the Lord singing; thankN ma God Almighty I free; forever AMEN Written by James Edward Lee Sr. (c)2017 from Anthology "Really"2017
