I Walk This Plain Because of God
The reason why I'm walking on this plane
Chosen abruptly but wisely let me explain
Because of the glorious beautiful mountain
I will rise as I run I should crawl
As I rise as I commit to the terrain
I should walk I shall embark, as I found Him
And the Him I'll walk to may even find me running
His name is Jesus
I Walk This Plain Because of God
The maker of me and all that I am
I miss the trees in the clouds in the heavenly
My Father stands on the mountains He stands high
I come forth walking as I'm climbing in vain
As I rise as I commit to the terrain
Surrounded by the burdens of sin
I should walk I shall embark, as I found Him
And the Him I'll walk to may even find me running
His name is Jesus
I Walk This Plain Because of God
The maker of me and all that I am
