I Wake
The sunrise had filled the shadowed void
Where life again had birthed a dream
I watched the sacred light arise
Through satin heather to catalyze
In multitudes both far and wide
My soul expand through wandering eyes
How sweet the call of summer's cry
In songs untouched through azure skies
