I Love Your Energy
We were neck to neck with ideas, Stanley and I.
Incentives! We yelled, practically in unison.
It was an all-day workshop, and I was completely enamored with him.
He looks eighteen, but he might be twenty-three.
At the end we had a shout out.
I ran over to shout “I love your energy!”
As I reached him, he shouted, “I love your energy!”
Damn!
