I Listen To the Ocean Sing

I listen to the ocean sing, and feel the presence of my King. The cry of seabirds hover near, as crashing waves reach shore and pier. In the sound of rushing waters, I can hear the voice of God. And the waves that t u m b l e toward me, seem to rise wave and nod. -------------------------------------- Psalm 23 ("He leads us beside the still waters. He restores our soul.")

Good morning! You took the time to read me today and I am honored. Thank you. Yes, definitely, if we open our spiritual eyes and ears this world comes alive for us. And we notice what is the more in life. Each day God refreshes us with something new. Blessings, Darlene

Not always, Richard, since the ocean has many voices and moods. But I like it best when the ocean sings. Don't you! Thanks for reading my poem.
