I Had a Drink With a Great Idea

A great idea came to my door today, Came in, sat down, and said, “If you work with me, all of the day, Good times for you are ahead”. So we finished our cake and tea and stood, Made plans to buy the supplies For the day of create, make and concoct, So this idea could then realize. That’s when we met this wall out the door, This wall that got in our way, This insurmountable wall needing a new idea, This wall that caused a delay. So we called a new idea to come along, To break the wall and make the path clear, Instead this new idea convinced all of us there, Just to go to the pub for a beer.
