barely twenty-four hours my first night alone lights turned off last candle dwindling as it casts shadows skittishly across the room in a little flickering dance the walls command attention mesmerizing me as if i see them for the first time i scan and scrutinize every inch up and down ever so slowly knowing full well sleep will not come tonight i hear the pounding in my chest and welcome sweet thoughts of you AP: 3rd place 2022 Posted on December 2, 2020

Hi FJ, I find keeping productive is the best I can do to keep my spirits up. And I keep reminding myself that Dennis did not suffer, things could have been SO much worse ~ thanks and take care.
