Well, to find out recently, though i kept posting (after 16yearz (and for 14yearz it wuz no problem receiving comments without $’z) "one has to be a made..i meant “paid” member(yes i did) anywho, “to receive comments". Thus i share with you; i'm the starving artist, and love sharing excite!
