I Dream Poetry

Ebullient emotion, the designer of dreams, searched for the sense of futile feeling, as they mingled totally with my twilight time, my mind merged with obscurity, impulses ingrained. The crystal path I’d paved to the realm of retreat along the contorted contours of deserted desire. There the roses bloomed amidst the spiculed cactus, took me with the mirage to the oasis of reverie. From the splendor sprouted the foliage of fervor, the canopy cast colors of new sky on the poet’s heart. As the twilight sequestered silence in the static time, the poetry of life flowed under the star studded sky. The mesmeric moonbeam sprinkled silver dust, my muse wafted on dream with the tinsels of longing, flew in your firmament on the wings of lyrical zephyr, entranced me with rhyme, and I wrote a poem for you.
