I Do Not Pledge

I do not pledge allegiance to any flag, or any leader, or any country. Patriotism is a myth, only serving to further separate everybody, and produces nothing of value with regards to global unity. I pledge allegiance to the earth, and every living being that resides upon it, and to the intelligent management of this planet's resources, so that a higher standard of living can be enjoyed by all of us. I declare the earth and all of its resources, as the common heritage of all the world's people dependant upon it.
