I Complete Thee
you surface me,
like pebbles on a beach-
for when I am out of reach,
you search and I am found...
when light shows no sound,
you express with no speech-
when not around,
your embrace...I beseech.
you cover me,
like dew drops on a rose-
only our passion grows...
for I am free,
I cut down the willow tree,
oh, the highs and lows -
and I complete thee,
a love nobody knows.
