It's a new day and new dawn
I open my mouth awakened
and acknowledge God
On my back laden down my eyes saw
I awakened Hallelujah Hallelujah I rise I sing
I awaken Hallelujah Holy Glory to our King
I awaken Hallelujah His breath inside me I rise
I awaken Hallelujah with Him in my spirit heart
Soul so my eyes reach, speaks toward the sky
I awakened Hallelujah Hallelujah I rise I sing
I awaken Hallelujah Holy Glory to our King
All the beauty our Father brings
And I now fix my mouth to sing
Blessed devotional praises to the King
It's a new day and new dawn
I awakened Hallelujah Hallelujah I rise I sing
I awaken Hallelujah Holy Glory to our King
I awaken Hallelujah His breath inside me I rise
I awaken Hallelujah with Him in my spirit heart
Soul so my eyes reach, speaks toward the sky
I awakened Hallelujah Hallelujah I rise I sing
I awaken Hallelujah Holy Glory to our King
