I Am the Storm

I am warm wind rising into cold air
I am surging unstable atmosphere
I am the tangible feeling up there
The tension in sky before I appear
The ominous still before the severe
I am our Mother Nature’s rebel child
I am barometric deviant wild
I am lightning strikes waiting to perform
I am the hail and thunder reconciled
A blackened midday sky. I am the storm.

I like how you build the suspense, line by line, then the closing lines deliver so fully, this is excellent, best wishes for the contest~
