I Am the Devil

I was the darkness You were my speck of light The only one I could ever see In my never ending abyss of black I was a wreck You were the one that came Picked up the pieces that were left And created something new I was the Devil You were the angel that Saw the good in me And saw I wasn't completely evil I am the night sky And you're the brightest star That seems to catch Everyone's eye You were my savior I am the Devil Going back into my old evil ways I left you in your time of trouble I am a tsunami You are my innocent victim That was cleaning up the ocean Trying to make it beautiful again
