I Am Thankful
I'm thankful for these lovely days
Grateful for how each one is made
Happy for the life I live in
Ready to greet it with a grin
No storm can falter my joy
Instead leaves room for happiness to deploy
I thank God for these lovely days
Thank the Lord for having each one made
Am ready to end each day with a prayer
With the knowledge that a new one
Will always be there
