I Am Still Jealous of the Moon
I am still jealous of her full moon's grace,
The width and depth, its contours I embrace.
My love, a longing to caress its glow,
As it moves, mesmerizing, soft and slow.
Bathed in pale moonlight's tender, gentle hue,
Her lunar beauty casts a spell so true.
Envious, I yearn to feel its silken skin,
And in its orbit, find a love akin.
Yet, I remain a distant admirer,
Gazing at her moon with hearts afire.
Oh, full moon, let my jealousy subside,
For my love's constant, like your changing tide.
