I Am Ever So Thankful--
I awaken in the morning;
My eyes are opened;
The first thing I see is you God;
I feel your presents in me
I see your presents all around me
And I thank you God Oh, also joyously
I am ever so thankful for
I am thankful for your love
I am thankful for your son
But most of all I am thankful
For the grace and salvation you’ve given me
I am thankful
So thankful
My eyes are closed;
My last breathe drawn;
If your he now then you’re attending my funeral;
My body here, yet I’m not here;
For you see my true self had gone home
I am thankful for your love
I am thankful for your son
But most of all I am thankful
For the grace and salvation you’ve given me
I am thankful
So thankful!
