I Am a Wall

I am a wall, a lonely disgusting wall See through my eyes, oh yes..i see u. Hear what you don’t say… Look as your tears fall Console I can’t... But this is true Loyal I stand come what may.. Yesterday when the sun went down And the world slept sound … Staring at me, you whispered something Longing in your voice... Her name... Was it? The ache, my friend, me heartless felt Embrace you I can’t, distant was I standing Soul less am I but it did hurt a bit. A portrait slowly emerged on me.. It was her... wasn’t she? Bewildered, enticed you stared The image, it went blurred Deny will you and may what say... But a tear in your eye gave it all away Strength I can’t give you my friend… Yet my life with you will I spend. I see you write something very moment It concerns her... doesn’t it? The night is past, already spent, Sleep in your eyes miles away, To give you company I do sit.. Horizon I see orange and you I know, pray… Memoirs hers never do decay... The dawn races in … the balcony lit… The world welcomes a whole new day But for you, the world seems to stay. The world seems to stay….
