Hyacinth Eyes

A green gold ring I watch in the mirror It with my fingers cling Lovingly evoking a shiver Your eyes are blue Like the flower of spring, hyacinths And when I whisper your name, Drew love flood my heart apart slipping through the labyrinths When we first met The shelter was rare in the violent night Our fingers touched, me upset Inadvertently, these spirits filled with nothing Intertwined Your heart beats And my soul seldom perches in sadness
