HUMIDITY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
‘tis July, and the sun doth blaze, as I shuffle through heat's fiery haze. With sweat on my brow, I wonder just how I’ll escape the sun's hot fiery gaze!
Dear Sara, your light-heated limerick is wonderful in rhythm and rhyme and content. We're wondering the same thing here in sweltering southern New England. Been hot hot hot and humid too (yuck!) so far this summer. Warmest wishes, my poet friend.. ~Susan
Um, that's the reason I prefer autumn. Haha. Only thing I like about summer is the summer rain.
I, too, prefer autumn then spring. I could do without cold winters and hot summers. Agree...rain is so pleasant in the summer, hugs, Sara
