I like your writings not only because they are good but also becauseou i believe whatever you writes , you write with research and you write about truth. I like the truth coming out of your mouth. The one who is looking for truth will always find it . It is my belief. I have found so many truths so far. Thanks

Beautifully placed. Through analysis of the psych not research, one finds truth. Thank you Imtiaz.

Just read a book on astrophysics, reminds me of this poem, interesting detail, the Creator of the universe and earth used the same materials, the word human comes from Latin or Greek humus literally earth, soil dirt. As you clearly showed we are composed of elements from the soil, which appears to have come from the universe, no wonder we need minerals from the soil to maintain our health. Interestingly Genesis mentions God created humans from the dust/dirt! Enjoyed this immensely!

Image of God, not in a physical sense, but in a spiritual sense, we can reflect his qualities of love justice wisdom and power, we have an innate need for spirituality, that's what sets us apart from the animals, in that sense we are in God's image.

It makes you wonder about a lot of things. If we were made in the image of man, then who is that "man" really? Obviously that "man" had some investment in the science/biology of it all .... it's a can of worms, but a very interesting can of worms. Then to read the article that breaks the cost of each part of our body down and what the worth of it all would be ... when in fact at the end, it all disintegrates back into dust. Thanks John for taking the time to read.

Thanks Muhammad. I think the whole concept of how we came into being (both scientific/biological and religious) is fascinating. When I started doing the research on this one, it became consuming.

could it be we are only here to supply plants with carbon dioxide and our electric minds have convinced us we are more important than we really are or could it be nature created us from all the elements to be her mirror...mirror on the wall

We are all on different journey's Frederic, with different opinions and stories. However, we all arrive the same way and exit to the same place. Take that as you will.

With the way science, genetics, reproduction and transhumanism is moving ahead, people may very well at some point in the near future, not be able to tell the difference between woman and man. I hope not though. That would take all the fun and drama out of life.

WOW! Leanne this is exquisite and captivating. Your last four lines superbly brings the essence of your poem into sharp focus for an excellent end to a mind-blowing write. Enjoyed!! ~Susan
