Howard Hughes

Howard Hughes

was always in the news

He came up with one heck of a crazy notion.

A plane filled with ping pong balls, should it fall into the ocean.

The Spruce Goose was of no use. Nice writing here.

Charles. not sure. Aren't clerihews supposed to rhyme as couplets? Anyway, this is a cute idea you got. I never heard this about Howard Hughes! Hope you didn't mind my long comments at your blog. I wish I could say things in fewer words. My hubbie has the "heart" of a cowboy but never got to really be one! He just loves horses and boots and being very simple! luv, Andrea

Way to go, Charles. You picked an excentric charater, Howard Hughes. His Spruce Goose might be a plane you'd like to write about. I just posted a poem about Dandelions, take a look.
