How To Meditate

We begin by looking inwards gently, without agenda, devoid of all desires, which are invariably merely ego urgings feral. We shift deep into our heart centre, abiding in thought rested awareness. Well begun is half done, so what remains? What self blocks ever present silence? Why does attention oscillate? Let us pause cause of stupor, choosing to resonate with the throb of love aglow within: the current, joyful bliss. 17-November-2020

Hello Unseeker Seeking, I always feel better after I medicate. I do this after i pray. Yes concentration implies an effort. It took me awhile to master medication. I do this every night. Enjoy your day my friend.

Thanks for dropping in Darlene! Words mean different things for different people, since our perceptions add their own colour to the word. Let’s just say, concentration implies effort of lower mind to grasp, whereas meditation is surrender of doership, energising higher mind to connect. Former is stagnation, the latter, liberation.
