How Sweet It Is

We met on the corner of *5th avenue* and I instantly knew that was it,
we were soulmates,set for life,
when our eyes met I could see the *milky way* through your soul,
it wasn't how you stared that got me wondering who in this beautiful universe you were,
but it was how your eyes felt like they were a pathway to your soul.
I knew a *good bar* down from the street from where we fist laid eyes on each other,
and I made a pact with my being that the next time we met I would walk across the *rocky road* of my fear of rejection and insecurities and I would ask you on a date, and that was exactly what I did.
whenever we kissed it felt like the entire *galaxy* was rooting for us,little did I know there's no happy endings in this world, not even for little *air heads* like us that were stupid enough to believe in love.
During our first argument it all came back to me, how I had fallen in and out of love many times before you and every single time I was on the firing end,so I decided that maybe it was time for us to *take five*,remember my love? how we were about to give up when *Mike and Ike* WALKED IN AND TOLD US THAT WE WERE DESTINED FOR EACH OTHER AND CALLING IT QUITS WAS NOT WHATS THE gods wanted for us? and how we had continued, although we knew that even they could not be *lifesavers* because we had both already been too far gone. But it didn't matter to us what is and was happening to us *now and later* all we knew was that we could save each other and make each other believe in love again.

How sweet it is, sponsor's,as sweet as we want it to,9 October 2018.
