I knew a *good bar* down from the street from where we fist laid eyes on each other, and I made a pact with my being that the next time we met I would walk across the *rocky road* of my fear of rejection and insecurities and I would ask you on a date,and that was exactly what I did. whenever we kissed it felt like the entire *galaxy* was rooting for us,little did I know there's no happy endings in this world, not even for little *air heads* like us that were stupid enough to believe in love.
