How Can Love

I bear the markings of your love So deeply spread within my soul... A love that binds me into knots Yet finds a way to make me whole... Pure satisfaction from your touch That makes me want you even more... No jealousy no boundaries I've never felt this way before... How can love... be called blind... When hearts can see the colours Both our souls... build rainbows... Losing us both in each other You are the air that I must breathe My sun my moon my everything... A timeless song with notes divine That holds our hearts and sweetly sings... How can love... be called blind... When hearts can see the colours Both our souls... build rainbows... Losing us both in each other This old heart of mine holds onto memories And each one of them was made by you Every touch and kiss that you give to me And from each little thing that you do How can love... be called blind... When hearts can see the colours Both our souls... build rainbows... Losing us both in each other Jane Shields (C)
