Takes a bit to write these out. I like the bits of sand in your hourglass. Good one!

Reminds me of Ezra Pound's poem: 'And the days are not full enough':- "And the days are not full enough. And the nights are not full enough. And life slips by like a field mouse not shaking the grass." You have penned a good little bit of poetry here, Valsa. Enjoyed! :) john

Dear friend, your schematic interpretation of this poem, which delves into the transient character of time and highlights how, even amid our hectic lives, it can pass by undetected, is quite impressive. And it also emphasizes how time passes inescapably and how moments are lost.
