How difficult it must be to live in a country where justice is dashed eliminating hope. Your comparison of hope to the sparkling of false diamonds struck a chord with me...I felt twinges of sadness for you and your country.

Four years now, since May 2019, I can see why people here just Lie and steal professionally. If you see diapers ( here, KIMBIES) all over your vile streets, overflowing with human sewage too, and dogs, birds and pigs bringing such trash closer to homes & "babies," ...
