Hope

The road in front of me looks bleak and dark I need something to calm the storm within Inside of my tortured soul there’s no spark Where can I find release? When will it begin? My goal is to soar above the madness However, strength and courage has left me But I want to somehow find happiness Darkness has me bound, I want to be free I need joy and peace to consume my soul I must serve notice to all that is bad So I can someday be completely whole Because I’m so darn tired of being mad Wait a minute I felt a sudden shift Feels like hope, I must embrace this gift 5-26-17 Alexis Y.

Good Morning Alexis. You have seen the light. Your turned darkness into goodness. May you hold on to that peace and light. Whenever a glimpse of stress stops by regroup and regain yourself. At least this is what I try to tell myself. Yes, I know this is difficult to practice when life is filled with stress and chaos and more. You have expressed yourself well. Wonderful work entirely.
