Honorable Blessing

Age is a honorable blessing A wrinkled brow; lines granted for each trial you've passed and conquered. Unique features we are given by our ancestors a small clue of our heritage. Thick hair, thick thighs, petite or long feet, graceful steps or hard hurried steps a variety of shapes and sizes makes life interesting and enjoyable.

So well said in your lines, Doris! You should see my face (I'm 67 now, turning soon 68), hahaha!!! It seems that every year adds some more wrinkles. I hate "botox-faces", why can't everyone stand to his/her visual nature? Enjoyed the read! ......Gert

The "Bible" says that a hoary head is a sign of a righteous life..So old age is surely honorable..Good one..Mom
