Congrats AGAIN, Greg. I am seeing lots of winner lists to compensate for not having time to catch up with three days comments

Great Monoku Greg, you hit home with this one. As to your comments with Carolyn, I agree with you about television going downhill. The only shows I watch these days are the real, like "Alaskan Bush People" and "Finding Bigfoot" (lol) Congratulations on your 1st place win. Charlie

Thanks so much, Charlie, and I agree ... I have most of my favorite sitcoms on DVD, and I don't get tired of shows like MASH, The Wonder Years, Cheers, etc., great TV! Blessings, my friend!

...alas, this makes me recall the old theory of "an infinite number of monkeys" placed in a room with "an infinite number of keyboards" would eventually write all the great books. We shoulda kept them in the room.....

"...art drained of its blood". Geeezzz! I'll remember that line. So great (as usual) Greg. What a "monoku"! A winner for sure in my book!

We have gone a bit overboard in trying to be "correct," Greg. There are some shows I just won't watch anymore because they pander to a mentality with which I don't identify. Then there's Saturday Night Live, a show that panders to no one. Thanks for your visit. Would be happy to send you some Tanzanite. I just received a cross pendant that I already have. Best wishes, Carolyn

Thank you so much, and very well-said, Carolyn, and I agree ... television has gone downhill, and I don't watch sitcoms anymore, as, like with SNL, "funny" has morphed into "offensive" or "crude", and that just doesn't float my boat. I also don't like SNL's Weekend Update's Michael Che, who gets away with more blatant racism than most five other people, (and he got an Emmy for it!). Tanzanite - yes, I've got to talk to you about that - I will Soup Mail you soon! :-) <3
