High On Summer Song
High on A Summer Song
Right in the middle of summer, perfect days,
feeling summer's breeze soft caress, and sun's rays.
Walkers and biking exercising on sidewalks,
park of young lovers holding hands as they talk.
High on summer song and the music flow,
wishing it wouldn't fade away; who will know.
Right in the middle of summer, perfect where’s,
ocean shore with folks laughing all of their cares.
Never loud nor low, concerts rhythm drifts a lull;
jumping of the pier, melting ice-cream, stealing gulls.
High on summer song and the music flow,
wishing it wouldn't fade away; who will know.
Right in the middle of summer, rather high,
half-moon dares to be seen upon blue velvet sky,
scattered ribbon clouds greet the faraway fringe.
Trees swaying in the summer breeze, birds take wing.
High on summer song and the music flow,
wishing it wouldn't fade away; who will know.
