Hierarchy Trumps Oligarchy

     The White House, run by strict hierarchy
     Lambasts Russia’s alleged oligarchy

         Putin claims to be stumped
         But Biden has him Trumped

     Grins like mad and says ~ ‘Bunch of malarkey!’
