Her
In shadows where your laughter used to dance,
I find the echoes of a sweet romance.
Each corner holds a whisper of your name,
A silent promise wrapped in tender flame.
The morning light spills softly through the glass,
And yet my heart still thinks of moments past.
A thousand words unsaid hang in the air,
As if the universe still holds you there.
I miss the warmth that wrapped around my soul,
The way your presence made the broken whole.
Each day a canvas painted with your smile,
Yet every brushstroke feels a painful mile.
The stars above seem dimmer since you’ve gone,
A lullaby of memories, a song.
I wander through the days, a quiet flame,
Forever searching for a trace, a name.
But in the stillness, I learn how to cope,
Embracing shadows, weaving threads of hope.
For though I miss you more than words can say,
I carry you within me, day by day.
So here’s to love that echoes through the night,
To memories that shimmer, soft and bright.
I miss you deeply, but I’ll carry on,
Finding strength in love that’s never truly gone.
