Hell Keeper

Dressed as the hell keeper, trick upon the sleeper,
as stars fade and shiver, dazed skies roar and quiver.

It's good to sleep with one eye open so you don't fall for the trick of a hell keeper. I love the villain feel.

A dark and mysterious vibe, just perfect for the Halloween-spirit. Although I shall say nothing about the alexandrine, It's not my place. Check Suzettes new blog on it. You've sent a chill down myne spine! What are you dressing up as mi carida? My niece just texted me her in costume, the 20's theme or disco dollies ha! They went to a mascaraed party, she's cute, Valerie. Bet it's just one of many costumes she'll wear. :D I posted mine on bio-LOL

Omy gosh, thank you. I used to have the double headed winged axe she uses. Her story is a good one, she started out as Hope, and she only kills bad men! lol

Woah, a very beguiling and dark atmosphere you've created with your words here! An impeccable Alexandrine poem this is and I am in awe how flawlessly you've incorporated your thoughts in this form, with such a wonderful flow.. The rhymes are really captivating and your imagery.. Ahh, as always it's so profound and deep.. "Dressed as the hell keeper" That itself is an intriguing start & so evocative as well! "Light stars fade and shiver" Oh my, that's soul stirring! "Dazed skies roar and quiver"

The wordplay is very creative and these two lines really pull my heartstrings, because they reflect poignant depth.. Of dark emotions.. Best of luck for the contest, I love it :)

Dear Ink, beautiful writing. In a mysterious Halloween outfit, the hell warden is ready to trick unsuspecting sleepers. As night fell, the glittering stars dimmed and shook. The confused sky appeared disoriented, as if in puzzlement, and sent forth a reverberating roar that was frightening. Well done, blessings
