Dancing with inspiration
To awaken my imagination
In hues so vibrant and bold
Scarlet, amber and gold
Autumn whispers to my soul
Flames of light to console
Rays of buttery sunshine
Warming my heart’s design
Laughing brilliance over my mind
In soothing kisses so very kind
Smiling truth in silent sprays
Of lacy ferns singing with praise
Graceful like the stars of night
The season prays it all alright
Joy lingers on dreams so alive
In the spirit they will thrive
The Equinox sends hope of life
Comforting and ending all strife
Awakening us to feelings bright
In songs that are those we write
