Heart Talk

Some feelings don't easily flow. Unless informed and encouraged to release the waters of life inside of us, our lives become dams without outlets. In our best effort, expressions from our heart will issue 'a start and stumble', 'a huff and a puff', a 'no go'. It's as if to do so would be a 'grand theft' of our privacy. When encouraged to speak, not just words and thoughts from the surface of our minds, but from deep within the heart, our response is usually 'a stop, stutter, and stare', 'a where do I start?' It is a life-long challenge to navigate the fogs of life. To some, it's normal to say what they really think and feel. Such transparency seems to free them and keeps them whole and healed. They have nothing within them that blocks, and have no checks and balances. Uninhibited Words roll from their lips like avalanches. They seem fearless, free, and clear of blockages.
