Heart At It's Peak
The heart pours fretful elements to its vessels,
Living between throng and trestles.
This time, the brain directs new directions,
Leads my footsteps to mountains, where ultimately I build connections
With chasing clouds, the kingdom of naive noble beasts, and the aroma of wetted petals after showers.
And if you hypothesize, the chilling wind will suffice to spend here more than an hour,
Don't seize me back, where fantasms had to be lived,
I desire some time for my potential to be believed.
Leave me at the crest, where I can see peace stretching to its landscape,
Immediately, the downtown experience lets me escape.
