I don't know who you are...or why you are crying But can I offer you my shoulder so that I can comfort you while you weep Your sorrow brings sadness to my heart I feel your pain Take my hand and walk with me I will walk with you, and I will talk with you...until I dry your eyes You need not know my name...that is of least importance What is important, is that you...know that everything will be okay Then, I will be rid of my sorrows...as well Nine Lines to Let Them Know Everything Will Be Okay Poetry Contest Sponsored by Silent One 7/26/2018

I love this Charlie, a true gift of comfort, unselfish. Taking on the sorrows of someone else, hoping your comfort eases their pain, which eases yours. I submitted one too, you know, but I like yours better.
