Head Games
There are too many people still being abused mentally and emotionally by loved ones. It eats away at self-esteem and wellbeing. No one deserves to be treated poorly. Be kind to all.
Head games

There stands the bully
Disguised as a loved one
But when you consider the treatment
Those head games aren't any fun
Between emotional and psychological abuse
The gaslighting and the ghosting
The heart is torn up inside
The soul feels like it's in the ocean
You feel like you're drowning
And he's shooting holes in the boat
All the while telling you
That this ocean is all your fault
Head games aren't for sissies
Head games aren't for fairness
Head games prove the theory
Head games show their darkness
No one deserves this treatment
Not even the greatest foe
That karma keeps on building
Until the judgement day is told
There lies the bully
Being lowered to his grave
Cold and alone and forgotten
His head games lost his way
