As dreams of my future form from the days forever passed Let me sing and dance, laugh and cry, live a life to honor Him From all these, He promises me happiness and forgiveness April 22, 2018 *Sijo Contest By Deborah Guenther Beachboard *Sijo (as defined on PoetrySoup.com) is the classic form of unrhymed poetry in Korea. Sijo have three long lines. Each line varies between 14 and 16 syllables, with the middle line often the longest. The first line states a theme, the second line counters it, and the third line resolves the poem.

I want to sing and dance among His happy promises with you! (though it would be best if I just danced) This touched me spiritually in an eager and embracing way.
